So, does the world really need another blog and blogger on everything beauty, makeup, and fashion? Well probably not but hey, it's a free world and that's what I want to blog about! Little background on me:
I grew up having no idea what fashion was and hated anything to do with makeup. Mostly that comes from the fact that the only makeup I knew about was the junky pre-teen stuff that you find on sale in the kid section of Walmart. (Don't ever buy that stuff - it either never comes off or never stays on!) I got a huge kit for Christmas when I was about 12 and to me that was what makeup was so i avoided it like the plague (or an STD - whichever you least want - it's up to you) Who knew that there was a world of shiny, sparkly, pigmented, long-lasting makeup that was just waiting to be found?!?!?! So now I am making up for lost time, with my bank account protesting the entire way!
I am a college student and have several friends that share in the avid fascination with all things beauty, though most people either have no idea or think I am crazy. I am inclined to agree.
So basically I am going to post whatever I want. It is my blog so whatever strikes my fancy will end up on the page. Anything interesting that I see, a new outfit that is begging to be shared, a new product that I love (or hate - I have a few of those), or just something shiny that caught my eye :)
Yes the shiny things do make me stop and look. But I find that is when I find the best things!
